About Me
My name is Raymond K. Howe III, and I am a licensed educator in Nevada and Florida with professional certifications in Special Education, Autism, Social Studies, ESOL/TESL, and Educational Leadership. I hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
My background includes K–12 classroom teaching, Special Education and Autism-focused instruction, all Social Studies subject areas, and years of experience as an adjunct professor. I have taught future educators in teacher education courses and have also served as an adjunct professor of Political Science, giving me experience with both school-based instruction and college-level academic expectations.
As a tutor, my goal is to help students understand content while also building organization, study habits, reading comprehension, writing skills, executive functioning, and academic confidence. Whether a student needs support in Social Studies, AP Social Studies, Special Education, Autism-focused learning, or college-level Political Science, I use a patient, structured, and student-centered approach.
